As a non-profit committed to the health and well-being of our community, our new Brady Wellness Center provides opportunities for adults of all ages and abilities to connect with others and be their healthiest selves, for life! Thanks to generous donations from the Brady Family Foundation, as well as many other community stakeholders, we are excited to help our community stay healthy in our new state of the art wellness center!

In addition, we are proud to offer group exercise classes, specialty health programs, personal training, & More!

So what is Shoreline Slimdown?

The Slimdown Challenge is a 12 week program where you work with a team of four to earn points by completing pre designed workouts, bonus workouts, participating in weekly special events, preparing healthy meals, checking in weekly with your weight, and completing weekly challenges. The top team and the top male and female will win prizes based on how many points you are able to earn. You can complete these activities at any time of your choosing, alone or with your team. Your workouts and activities will all be provided for you ahead of time, and we will have videos and write ups available in our private Facebook group. Bring out your competitive side, or enjoy the comradery of getting healthy with your team.
