There will be just a few changes to our schedules both virtual and in person. The changes will happen over 3 weeks due to instructor schedules and will start the week of August 30, the week of September 7, and the week of September 14th. The Y will be closed on Monday September 7th which is Labor Day.
Class Changes Starting the week of August 31st:
- Tuesday September 1 – 8:00 am Yoga – Vinyasa w/Dyllin will move to 7:00 am
- Tuesday September 1– 7:15 am Spinning Express w/Debbi will be removed from the schedule
- Wednesday September 2 – 8:00 am Barre w/Meghan becomes BTB Strength and Core with Mel and will continue to be held at 8:00 am
- Thursday September 3 – 9:30 am Kickboxing w/Deanna will be moved to 9:00 am
- Thursday September 3 – 10:30 am Yoga – Vinyasa w/Mel will be ADDED to the schedule
- Friday September 4 – 8:00 am Yoga Vinyasa w/Dyllin will be REMOVED from the schedule.

Changes starting the week of September 7
We will be increasing the size of the class area in the gym beginning this week. we will now be able to accommodate 20 people safely with 12′ social distancing for all in-person group ex classes.
- Monday September 7th – No classes The Y is closed for the Labor Day Holiday
- Thursday September 10th – 5:45 am – 6:25 am Spinning w/Debbi I. will be added
- Thursday September 10th – 6:30 am – 7:30 am Sculpting w/Debbi I. will be added
- Saturday September 12th – 10:00 am – 10:45 am ZUMBA w/Meg C. becomes ***Family ZUMBA w/Meg C. and will move outside to the Pavillion.
***This class will allow children of all ages AS LONG AS A PARENT IS PRESENT FOR THE ENTIRE CLASS. You must still register for this class in and check in at the front desk before heading down to the Pavillion for class
