Please log into the Member Portal below to begin the process to terminate your membership. Per our membership policy, a membership account may only be cancelled for the upcoming month if requested by the 20th of the month. Any requests made after the 20th will be applied to the following month.
NOTE: Your membership has not been terminated until you receive a confirmation email during the week of the 20th. If you do not receive a confirmation email within one week of your request, please contact the YMCA at (860) 399-9622 x108.

Once you have logged in, you can click the MANAGE button to submit a termination request. This will email our membership team to process within 10 business days. Remember any requests made after the 20th of the month will be applied to the following month.
