Falls are NOT a normal part of aging, and you CAN reduce your risk of a fall!   Move for Better Balance is a “fall-prevention program” that uses the principles and movements of Tai Chi in helping adults improve and increase their confidence in doing everyday activities.

Led by Kate Wilson-Perez, a certified Tai Ji Quan: Move for Better Balance instructor.  This program is supported by the Senior Resources – Agency on Aging with Title III funds made available under the Older Americans Act.
