Before & After School Programs

The Valley-Shore YMCA understands that kids of all ages need a safe, enjoyable place to go before and after school when parents can't be with them.  Our programs keep kids busy and having fun. Whether a child is into arts and crafts or sports and games, our staff is trained to provide a well rounded quality program that will nurture each child's development.

Knowledgeable Staff

YMCA staff members supervise and guide group and individual activities designed to encourage each child to reach their fullest potential.  These activities foster and develop the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.  Each day, time is set aside for kids to do homework with adult help available or to read quietly.  Snack is provided in the afternoon.

Dependable - high quality

Our program runs from the first day of school through June.  Enrollment is accepted on a "first come, first served" basis due to space availability at the schools and state licensed capacities at each site.

Pre-registration, medical forms and permission forms are required.  Please allow one week for these forms to be processed before your child's start date.

Before School

• Monday-Friday 7:00AM to school opening.

After School

• Monday-Friday after school to 6:00PM.
